Poems

The Poems have an important place in Danzanravjaa’s heritage of creations. Most of scholars and research workers regard His Holiness’ poems as a wonder of Mongolian literature and classify into four major divisions such as: (1) homily or teaching poems; (2) love and layman’s life melodious; (3) philosophical poems; (4) social life and its critique.
Almost 300 poems, those which over 200 of them are written in Tibetan, of His Holiness Danzanravjaa are found for the time being.
Noyon Khutugt Danzanravjaa’s “ The Tale of paper bird that which reveals the nature of Time”, “The nature and law of Sir. Universe”, “The Pacifier of Mind” etc, are examples of his philosophical and homily poems whilst “ Ichig Ichig” (Shame, Shame) is an example of his extremely sharp critical poems about Mongolian Social states of affairs at 19th century.
